many will be pleased that some items made popular at BIZOU have made their way to the new menu at COCO5OO. but now the kitchen has broken out of the bistro – offering a variety of modern preparations, inventive and inspired, which can be shared or enjoyed individually on generous teak tables.

the menu features seasonal, local and organic vegetables in a category called “california dirt,” as well as seafood, poultry and steaks prepared “a la plancha” – a method of cooking items quickly on heavy steel, using little or no fats. this high-temperature cooking enhances the flavors and textures of the freshest, well-seasoned ingredients.

COCO5OO is proud to announce a new addition to our "noncommittal" dessert menu. the menu now features a single ounce of chocolate from venezualan chocolate producer el rey. the featured pureCOCO is bucare, el rey's semi-bitter chocolate with hints fruit and spice.
